We’ve updated our BFCM Countdown Timer for 2019 and - once again- we’re giving it away for free!
We wanted to whip this out this week just in time for the holidays and we’re really excited to see how merchants use this and how it helps you reengage customers for the Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend.
Here’s what you need to know:
Our countdown sales timer is not theme invasive and it’s very simple to set up. What we’re doing is creating a new section in your theme by pasting in code within the code editor. We’ve added some cool section options to customize it a bit. It’s also optimized for mobile, so you don’t need to worry about it looking weird from your desktop to your phone.
Here’s how to do it:
To get this into your shop, you will need to copy/paste our code into a new section in your theme file. Once you’ve done that, it creates a new section in your theme which you can add right from your theme customizer. Pretty simple right? I’m confident you’ll have this up and running in about 5 minutes.
